The impact of AI on CRM systems is increasingly evident and HubSpot has responded to this paradigm shift by introducing a series of updates that will help improve operational processes, and ultimately, help our clients grow.
HubSpot AI is presented as a set of solutions integrated directly into the platform. Below we detail the most notable new functionalities.
1. HubSpot AI : Automated creation of web pages
HubSpot simplifies the process of creating single-page websites using AI. You may wonder, how can it do that if it doesn't know anything about my target audience, what I do, or my objectives? Hubspot AI takes the guesswork out of web creation!
When HubSpot users register, they will be asked to answer questions about their business. Using generative AI technology, the platform automatically generates a single-page website from those responses.
What questions will it ask?
- Company name and industry.
- A summary or short phrase that explains your company's activities.
- Goals such as offering services, selling products, publishing a blog, etc.
- Ideal website style, with options including minimalist, modern or elegant, among others.
Based on these responses, HubSpot AI automatically generates a website consisting of a single page. It should be noted that this page can be easily customized with the HubSpot CMS editor.
HubSpot presents this as a tool that is especially advantageous for those looking for a quick way to launch a simple website.
2. New AI features in HubSpot's Content Assistant
We're living in the era of "ease", and HubSpot Artificial Intelligence did not forget about content creators. Now, with just one click, you can create a blog post. It seems too easy...and what about the architecture of a blog post...? We detail how it works in the following steps:
- Click on the new button, “Generate web posts”.
- It will ask you what idea you need help with. You can explain the concept that you want the blog post to be about.
- Add the country you are targeting.
After this, you'll see a list of the top SEO-optimized title ideas for your post, detailing search volume and competition. Select the most attractive title. Next, it will provide you with an outline including the title, description, and different headings for your blog post.
After completing these steps, HubSpot creates a full blog post for you. You can choose to make further edits, change the tone, add a conclusion, etc. In fact, for the conclusion, HubSpot AI will even generate a convincing conclusion for you - the perfect ending for your new blog post!
In line with blog creation, HubSpot has enabled image generation, allowing you to quickly create personalized designs to complement your content.
3. HubSpot AI for subject line automation
It can be difficult to know what's the best email subject line to make your email clickable. Never fear - HubSpot AI is here to aid us in creating the best subject lines for email marketing campaigns.
HubSpot's new subject line generator, based on email content and industry best practices, automatically analyzes content and generates three potential subject lines to use in email campaigns.
4. Content creation for LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads
