HubSpot is always evolving and improving upon itself. Even though we did a product update post just two months ago, there are already new features and exciting news to talk about! We hope these product updates will come in handy for improving your processes and strategy within HubSpot. Let's dive in!
HubSpot recent product updates
1. Meetings Data in Customer Journey Analytics
We spoke in our last product update about all the functionalities available to track in Customer Journey Analytics. Well, now you can add data from the Meetings tool to that list. There are two metrics you can measure:
- Meetings booked: Measures when a contact books a meeting (via the meetings link or logged manually).
- Meetings outcome: Filters if a meeting is still scheduled, if the contact no-showed, etc.
2. Embedded Pop-up CTAs
Embedded buttons or banners are a great way to lead prospects down the right path and achieve conversions while looking attractive. You may not believe it, but up until now, this was not possible in HubSpot without the help of a developer or designer.
Now, "Pop-up CTAs" give you the ability to create embedded buttons and banners with ease and track analytics across multiple pages.
3. Live Chat Capacity Limits
Managers are all about creating more effective teams, and now your Customer Support team can get even more effective. By setting capacity limits for live chat agents, customers will not be kept waiting and agents will not be overwhelmed. This will help improve metrics such as time to respond, customer sentiment, and conversation length.
4. Forecast Insights Data Well
Want to know how your revenue is trending against your sales targets for a certain time period? The new Forecast insight data well makes it easier to monitor how the forecast and pipeline are trending throughout the month, quarter, and year. Basically, it allows you to get quick visibility from indicators that help track trends.
5. New information on the Data Quality Command Center
The HubSpot data quality command center shows an overview of how data is stored in your HubSpot CRM, and highlights potential issues with your data (properties, records, data sync integrations, workflows), so that you can take action. Now, on the Command Center, you'll have new information on two new areas:
- Deal and Ticket Property Insights: Enables tracking deal and ticket property issues over time and taking action in addition to contacts and companies.
- At-risk and unused workflow trends: Supports proactive monitoring of at-risk and unused workflows over time with a direct link to take action within the workflows tool.
6. Workspace for Prospecting
We all know that sales prospecting can be a time-consuming and messy process for all those involved, but especially salespeople, who need to work quickly and efficiently to identify and contact leads.
That's why HubSpot is building a dedicated workspace for sales reps that consolidates the entire prospecting experience within the HubSpot platform. Salespeople will be more organized than ever, with daily activities and big-picture sales goals in one spot.
7. WhatsApp Module
Finally, a WhatsApp module without a complicated setup! HubSpot's new WhatsApp module allows companies to add a WhatsApp link to their page, facilitating another point of contact with prospects and customers. This product update is simple, but it couldn't be more useful or come at a better time when more people and businesses than ever are using WhatsApp.
8. Content Approvals
Editing and approval are vital parts of the content marketing process. Now, HubSpot lets Marketers request approval from other team members and stakeholders before publishing a landing/web page or blog post. This avoids the headache of the back-and-forth on multiple external platforms, often losing track of who said what or what changes have been made. What a relief!
9. Goals-Based Workflows
Among the types of workflows in HubSpot—start from scratch, center around a specific date, or center around a date property—you'll now find the option for "Goal-based workflows". This allows you to operationalize your goals by using already existing goals to set up workflows that can trigger various actions. This will improve efficiency and output in several ways, including expanded notifications, cross-team communication, and driving business goals and metrics.
10. Dashboard Sharing for Non-HubSpot Users
HubSpot remains one of the most comprehensive platforms for Sales, Marketing, and Services, those who already use it know that. But what about when you need to collaborate with or report to players who are non-HubSpot users?
This new product update allows for dashboard sharing via email with those people so that all stakeholders have the metrics they need to make decisions to keep your operation running smoothly and soundly. No more relying on complex and heavy data exports!
